本文通过探究“肝苦急”本义,阐述“急食甘以缓之”在强直少动型帕金森病诊疗过程中的临床意义。“肝苦急”乃因肝气有余,肝血不畅,致筋脉失养,拘急不畅,治疗上予甘缓法,用甘味药物缓肝之急,健脾调中以补肝血,调理中焦气机以畅血行,从而缓拘急之态。临床还可配伍酸、温、辛和苦味药,增强柔肝、建中养血及疏泄气机功效,以提高疗效。

This article explores the original meaning of“liver bitterness and urgency”and elaborates on clinical significance of“urgently consume sweetness to relieve it”in the diagnosis and treatment of akinetic-rigid-type Parkinson disease.“Liver bitterness and urgency”is caused by excess liver qi and poor liver blood flow,leading to a lack of nourishment in muscles and meridians,and a lack of urgency and smoothness.Treatment is given with sweetness-relieve method,sweet medicine can be used to alleviate of liver urgency,strengthen spleen,and regulate the middle to supplement liver blood,regulate the qi mechanism of the middle jiao to promote blood circulation,and thus alleviate the state of urgency.In clinical practice,it can also be combined with sour,warm,pungent,and bitter medicines to enhance the effects of softening liver,nourishing blood and relieving qi,in order to improve therapeutic effect.
