生髓健骨胶囊对酒精性骨质疏松症患者的血清IL-6、TNF-α因子的影响

Effect of Shengsui Jiangu Capsule on Serum IL-6 and TNF in Patients with Alcoholic Osteoporosis-αThe influence of factors

目的探讨生髓健骨胶囊对治疗酒精性骨质疏松症患者的IL-6、TNF-α因子水平的影响。方法收集黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院骨伤科2022年6月至2023年8月54例符合AOP的患者作为研究对象,并且采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各27例。治疗组予患者口服碳酸钙维D3、生髓健骨胶囊治疗;对照组予患者口服碳酸钙维D3与阿仑膦酸钠片,3个月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后腰椎和左髋BMD骨密度及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化。结果治疗后,治疗组腰椎和左髋BMD骨密度分别为(0.757±0.018)、(0.646±0.028)g/cm^(2),明显高于对照组的(0.743±0.022)、(0.632±0.014)g/cm^(2),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清IL-6、TNF-α分别为(44.90±10.16)、(59.53±9.35)n g/L,明显低于对照组的(59.97±10.48)、(77.89±10.61)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生髓健骨胶囊对于治疗酒精性骨质疏松的临床疗效明确,可以明显改善患者腰椎和左髋BMD骨密度,其机制可能是通过调节血清中IL-6和TNF-α的浓度从而影响骨吸收。

Objective To explore the effects of Shengsui Jiangu Capsule on IL-6 and TNF in the treatment of alcoholic osteoporosis patients-αThe impact of factor levels.Methods A total of 54 patients with AOP from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from June 2022 to August 2023,were collected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method,with 27 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral calcium carbonate vitamin D3 and Shengsui Jiangu capsules;The control group received oral administration of calcium carbonate,vitamin D3,and alendronate sodium tablets for a period of 3 months,with a continuous treatment period of 3 courses.Compare the bone mineral density and serum tumor necrosis factor of lumbar spine and left hip BMD before and after treatment between two groups of patients-α(TNF-α)Changes in interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Results After treatment,the BMD bone density of the lumbar spine and left hip in the treatment group was(0.757±0.018)and(0.646±0.028)g/cm^(2),respectively 2,Significantly higher than the control group's(0.743±0.022)and(0.632±0.014)g/cm^(2),The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Serum IL-6 and TNF in the treatment group-αThe levels of(44.90±10.16)and(59.53±9.35)ng/L were significantly lower than those of the control group(59.97±10.48)and(77.89±10.61)ng/L,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengsui Jiangu Capsule has a clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of alcoholic osteoporosis,and can significantly improve the BMD bone density of the lumbar spine and left hip in patients.Its mechanism may be through regulating the levels of IL-6 and TNF in the serum-αconcentration,thereby affecting bone resorption.
