摘要
随着人工智能的快速发展和信息技术与语言服务行业融合的日益深化,翻译技术能力已成为译者必备的职业技能。米切尔-舒特沃尔德所著的《翻译技术的项目教学模式》一书以建构主义理论为指导,提出采用项目制教学模式,旨在培养学生的翻译技术应用能力。本文对该书的主要内容进行了解读,探讨了其在翻译技术能力培养方面的创新做法,并从翻译技术教学、翻译技术学习和翻译技术教材编写三个方面阐述该书的启示意义,力求推动翻译技术教育改革,提升应用型翻译人才培养质量。
In the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the increasing integration of information technology into the language industry,translation technology competence has become an essential skill for translators.A Project-Based Approach to Translation Technology,a book written by Rosemary Mitchell-Schuitevoerder,aims to cultivate students'translation technology competence by adopting a project-based teaching approach guided by constructivism theory.This book review provides a critical analysis of the book's content,explores its innovative practices in cultivating translation technology competence,and elaborates on the implications of the book in three aspects:translation technology teaching,learning,and textbook compilation.The aim is to promote the reform of translation technology education and enhance the quality of applied translation talent training.
