特质正念对留守儿童心理健康的影响:无法忍受不确定性与情绪调节策略的链式中介作用

Effect of trait mindfulness on mental health of left-behind children:The chain mediating role of intolerability of uncertainty and emotion regulation strategies

目的:基于DFM模型,考察特质正念对留守儿童心理健康的影响及无法忍受不确定性和情绪调节策略的链式中介作用。方法:使用正念注意觉知量表、简版无法忍受不确定性量表、情绪调节量表、生活满意度量表、积极情绪消极情绪量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对671名留守儿童进行调查。结果:①特质正念与认知重评、心理健康积极指标显著正相关(r=0.29,0.64;P<0.001),与表达抑制、无法忍受不确定性、心理健康消极指标(r=-0.33,-0.45,-0.64;P<0.001)显著负相关;②中介效应结果表明,无法忍受不确定性及情绪调节策略部分中介特质正念和留守儿童心理健康,无法忍受不确定性和表达抑制构成了特质正念对留守儿童心理健康的链式中介作用。结论:特质正念对留守儿童心理健康积极指标及消极指标均有直接预测作用,还可以通过无法忍受不确定性与情绪调节策略的独立中介作用,无法忍受不确定性和表达抑制的链式中介作用实现间接影响。

Objective:Based on the dual-factor model of mental health(DFM),we investigate the effect of trait mindfulness on the mental health of left-behind children and the chain mediating effect of intolerance of uncertainty(IU)and emotion regulation strategies.Methods:A total of 671 left-behind children were investigated using the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale,the short version of the Unbearable Uncertainty Scale,the Emotional Regulation Scale,the Life Satisfaction Scale,the Positive and Negative Emotions Scale,and the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale.Results:①Trait mindfulness was positively correlated with cognitive reappraisal and mental health(r=0.29,0.64;P<0.001),expression inhibition,IU,and negative indicators of mental health(r=-0.33,-0.45,-0.64;P<0.001)showed a significant negative correlation;②The results of mediating effect showed that IU and emotion regulation strategies played a partial mediating role between trait mindfulness and the mental health of left-behind children.IU and expression inhibition constitute the chain mediating role of trait mindfulness on the mental health of left-behind children.Conclusion:Trait mindfulness has a direct predictive effect on both positive and negative indicators of mental health of left-behind children,and can also achieve indirect effects through the independent mediating effect of IU and emotion regulation strategies,and the chain mediating effect of IU and expression inhibition.
