Research hotspots and trends in the field of body image flexibility based on CiteSpace

目的:分析身体意象灵活性的研究概况、热点及前沿进展,为改善青少年和女性群体的消极身体意象提供参考。方法:以首次概念化身体意象灵活性的论文为种子论文,通过Web of Science数据库采集225篇施引文献,使用CiteSpace软件对文献进行发文量、国家、机构和关键词的可视化分析。结果:身体意象灵活性主题发文量整体呈上升趋势,自2019年起大幅增长。美国、英国、澳大利亚位居发文量前三,研究机构以高校为主。关键词分析表明,body image、eating disorder、body appreciation等词汇频次较高,突现词包括eating psychopathology、positive body image、psychological inflexibility等,聚类分析得到14个关键词聚类。结论:我国在身体意象灵活性研究领域正在不断推进,今后应加强研究机构之间的合作,扩大研究的深度和广度,着力开展身体意象灵活性发展特点、作用机制及干预方案的研究。

Objective:To analyze the research overview,hotspots,and frontier progress in body image flexibility,to provide references for improving negative body image in adolescent and female groups.Methods:The first paper on body image flexibility served as the seed paper and 225 citations were collected through the Web of Science database.The data was visualized and analyzed for publication volume,countries,institutions,and keywords using CiteSpace.Results:Body image flexibility had seen an overall upward trend in the number of articles posted,with a significant increase since 2019.The USA,England,and Australia ranked in the top three in terms of the number of articles posted,and the research institutions were mainly universities and colleges.The keyword analysis showed that the high-frequency keywords included body image,eating disorder,and body appreciation,and the burst terms included eating psychopathology,positive body image,psychological inflexibility,and so on.There were 14 keyword clusters identified from the analysis.Conclusion:China is making progress in the field of body image flexibility research.In the future,it is important to strengthen collaboration among research institutions,broaden the scope of research,and focus on studying the characteristics of body image flexibility development,its mechanism of action,and intervention programs.
