个体高质量发展视域下高校课堂教学评价的目标指向、实践反思与改进路径

摘要 促进个体高质量发展是高等教育高质量发展的支撑点和落脚点,也是建设高等教育强国战略的支撑点和落脚点。个体高质量发展体现为主体性、社会性和现代性的全面综合发展。指向个体高质量发展的高校课堂教学评价,应关照课堂教学中个体的多维诉求,聚焦真实丰富的群体交往,着眼社会发展需要的核心素养。针对当前教育评价中存在的问题,应着力推动七个转变,即评价目的由管理向促进转变,评价主体由分化向协同转变,评价标准由静态还原向动态生成转变,评价过程由预成性向发展性转变,评价方式由偏重量化向定性定量融合转变,评价技术由经验性向智能化转变,评价结果由证明向服务转变。 The high-quality development of individuals serves as both the foundation and support for the progress of higher education and the overall strength of a nation.This development encompasses a person's subjectivity,social skills,and adaptability to modernity.The aim of university classroom teaching is to promote the high-quality individual development,thus it is essential to consider the diverse requirements of classroom instruction.This involves prioritizing authentic and enriching group communication experiences,as well as focusing on core competencies crucial for social development.To achieve this,seven transformative shifts need to be made:1)transitioning from a management-oriented to a promotion-focused evaluation approach to evaluation;2)moving from differentiation to collaboration among evaluation subjects;3)evolving evaluation criteria from static assessments to dynamic generation processes;4)shifting the evaluation process from predetermined frameworks to developmental approaches;5)altering evaluation methods from a predominant focus on quantification to an integrated qualitative-quantitative approach;6)advancing evaluation technologies from experiential models toward intelligent systems;7)transforming evaluation results from being proof-oriented to service-oriented.
