泄气式送粉喷嘴的数值模拟及试验研究

摘要 针对内孔激光熔覆特殊工况下粉末传输问题,设计了一种新型泄气式内孔激光熔覆送粉喷嘴,采用离散相模型进行模拟选择合适的泄气口尺寸,使得该喷嘴能够输出质量较优的气粉流。在不同载气流量条件下进行熔覆试验对比,发现使用泄气式送粉喷嘴的熔覆层质量优于未泄气喷嘴的情况。结果表明,使用泄气式送粉喷嘴可以提升粉末利用率和改善熔覆成形质量。 To solve the powder transport problem under the special working conditions of internal hole laser cladding,this paper designs a new type of bleed inner hole laser cladding powder feeding nozzle,and uses the discrete phase model to simulate and select the appropriate size of the vent,so that the nozzle can output a better quality gas powder flow.Comparative experiments of melting and cladding under different carrier gas flow conditions prove that the quality of the cladding layer using the bleed powder feeding nozzle is better than that of the unvented nozzle.The results show that the use of bleed powder feeding nozzle can improve the powder utilization rate and improve the cladding forming quality.
