基于动作编码的结构化工艺设计方法及应用

Structured Process Design Method and Its Application Based on Action Coding

为了实现工艺设计的进一步转型升级,提出一种基于动作编码的结构化工艺设计方法。文中介绍了该方法的理论模型和工艺设计应用流程,分别在3种作业场合中进行应用,开发了精益制造平台并投入使用,取得了较好的应用效果。在不同生产作业场合下,该方法可以保证工艺设计能力具有良好的稳定性,保证生产过程中工艺变更的高效传递和有效跟踪,具有较好的推广价值。

To constantly promote transformation and upgrading of process design,this paper proposes a structured process design method based on action coding,and introduces the theoretical model and process design application flow of this method.This method is applied in three kinds of operation scenarios,and a lean manufacturing platform is developed,which has been put into use and achieves good application results.This method can ensure the stability of process design capability under different production operation scenarios,ensure the efficient transfer and effective tracking of process changes in the production process,and has good promotion value.
