摘要
开展了域控制器热设计研究,利用热分析软件ANSYS ICEPAK对散热方案进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明,所采用的热设计方案能够满足域控制器设计需求。样机制作完成后开展热测试试验,试验结果表明,域控制器可在高温65℃环境下稳定运行。最后将试验结果与仿真结果对比,分析得出,所采用的热分析方法能够较为准确地预测控制器热源工作温度。
The thermal design of the domain controller is studied,and the thermal analysis software ANSYS ICEPAK is used to verify the thermal dissipation scheme.The simulation results show that the adopted thermal design scheme can meet the design requirements of the domain controller.After the prototype is made,the thermal test is carried out.The test results show that the domain controller can run stably in a high temperature environment of 65℃.Finally,the experimental results are compared with the simulation results,and it is concluded that the thermal analysis method can predict the controller heat source operating temperature more accurately.
