摘要
根据GIS新型产品母线导电杆的安装需要,应用TRIZ理论技术突破原有的产品设计理念,提出了一种母线导电杆对接工装的创新设计方案。首先,对产品功用、材料和结构进行分析;然后,对导电杆安装过程中存在的对接困难、工装容易损坏、通用性差等问题进行分析;最后,通过TRIZ理论矩阵模型分析,确定可应用的发明原理,完成导电杆对接工装的创新设计方案。工装的实际工程应用,验证了该设计的可行性。
According to the new GIS product bus conductive rod installation needs,the TRIZ theory technology conflict product design concept is used to find out a bus conductive rod docking tooling innovative design solutions.First of all,the product utility,material and structure are analyzed.Then,the problems in conductive rod installation process are analyzed,which include docking difficulties,easy to damage the tooling,poor versatility and other issues.Finally,through the TRIZ theory matrix model analysis,the principle of invention is determined,the innovative design of the conductive rod docking tooling program is completed.The actual engineering application of the tooling verifies the feasibility of the design.
