摘要
针对A公司车间生产中存在部分品种的钢材车削加工效率低下、生产工期长和加工效率低等问题,通过对A公司实地调研,对车间生产线进行研究,使用Plant Simulation平台建立车间生产线的数字化模型,对生产线的性能进行评估,包括产能、设备利用率和设备阻塞率等方面,并以此为依据对车间生产线进行初步优化,结果显示生产线的产能得到了明显的提高。
To solve the problems of low turning efficiency,substandard product quality,long production period and low processing efficiency of some varieties of steel in the workshop production of company A,this paper studies the workshop production line through field research of company A and establishes a digital model of the workshop production line based on Plant Simulation platform.The production line performance is evaluated from the aspects of capacity,equipment utilization rate,equipment blocking rate,etc.,and preliminary optimization of the workshop production line is carried out based on this,the results show that the production capacity of the production line has been obviously improved.
