金银花发酵饲料对热应激肉鸭生长性能、血液生化指标及肠道脂肪酸含量的影响

摘要 文章旨在探究金银花发酵饲料对热应激肉鸭生长性能、血液生化指标及肠道脂肪酸含量的影响。试验将200只1日龄,平均体重为(50±1)g的北京肉鸭随机分为2组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只雏鸭。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂20%的金银花发酵饲料和80%的基础日粮混合日粮,试验为期42d,1~21d按照正常饲养温度进行,试验第21~42天,每天的11:00~17:00将环境温度维持在33~38℃,相对湿度保持在65%~70%,其余时间维持在22~24℃。结果表明,(1)饲喂金银花发酵饲料可以显著提高热应激肉鸭的平均体重(ABW)、平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),但对1~21d常规温度饲养的肉鸭生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),对料重比有降低趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)饲喂金银花发酵饲料可以显著提高热应激肉鸭血清中IgG、IgA、IL-4、T-AOC、SOD以及血清葡萄糖的含量(P<0.05),显著降低血清中MDA的含量(P<0.05),血清中IgM、GSH-Px、TNF-α等指标的差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)饲喂金银花发酵饲料可以显著降低肉鸭盲肠中短链脂肪酸的含量(P<0.05)。 This study was conducted to explore the effects of honeysuckle fermented feed on the growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and intestinal fatty acid content of heat-stressed ducks.In this study,2001-day-old Peking ducks with an average weight of(50±1)g were randomly divided into two groups,and each group was set with 5 replicates,each replicate of 20 ducklings.Randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was fed basal diet,the experimental group was fed 20%honeysuckle fermented feed and 80%basal diet mixed diet,the test was 42 days in total,1~21 days were carried out according to the normal feeding temperature,the 21~42 days of the experiment,the ambient temperature was maintained between 33~38℃from 11:00 to 17:00 every day,the relative humidity was maintained between 65%~70%,and the rest of the time was maintained at 22~24℃.The results showed that:(1)Feeding honeysuckle fermented feed could significantly increase the ABW,ADG and ADFI of heat-stressed broiler ducks(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on the growth performance of broiler ducks bred at 1~21 days of conventional temperature(P>0.05),and there was a trend of decreasing the feed-weight ratio,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(2)Feeding honeysuckle fermented feed could significantly increase the serum contents of IgG,IgA,IL-4,T-AOC,SOD and serum glucose in heat-stressed ducks(P<0.05),significantly reduce the content of MDA in serum(P<0.05),there were no significant differences in serum IgM,GSH-Px,TNF-αand other indexes(P>0.05).(3)Feeding honeysuckle fermented feed could significantly reduce the content of short-chain fatty acids in the cecum of broiler ducks(P<0.05).
