摘要
面对日趋激烈的市场竞争压力,人力资源的重要性得以凸显。其中,薪酬管理是人力资源管理体系的重要组成部分,反映了饲料企业对员工劳动付出的各种形式补偿,旨在激励员工,提高员工满意度和工作积极性。但从公平理论角度来看,饲料企业如果不能保证薪酬分配的合理和平等,则容易适得其反。因此,饲料企业既要认识到薪酬管理的重要性,又要坚持薪酬公平的原则,确保员工的薪酬能够与付出的劳动相匹配,这样才能激励人才、吸引人才、留住人才,进而维持饲料企业的稳定发展。
Faced with increasingly fierce market competition pressure,the importance of human resources has been highlighted.Among them,salary management is an important component of the human resource management system,reflecting various forms of compensation for employee labor in feed enterprises,aiming to motivate employees,improve employee satisfaction and work enthusiasm.However,from the perspective of fairness theory,if feed enterprises cannot ensure reasonable and equal salary distribution,it is easy to have the opposite effect.Therefore,feed enterprises should not only recognize the importance of salary management,but also adhere to the principle of fair salary to ensure that employee salaries match the labor they put in.Only in this way can talent be motivated,attracted,and retained,thereby maintaining the stable development of feed enterprises.
