Political Unity:Integrating China's Experience with Top-level Concept

中国作为长期延续的政治统一体经历了漫长的历史考验,也积累了丰富的经验。只有通过构建以顶层概念为统领的概念体系才能将中国经验提升到普遍性层面。从问题、议题和价值的维度看政治统一体是国家结构知识系统的顶层概念。只要是国家,都存在着国家整体与国家部分之间的关系问题。但不同国家实体在解决这一普遍性问题的过程中有不同的方式,形成了政治统一体的形式及中层概念。中国作为世界上唯一一个长期保持政治统一体的国家,政治统一性的获得与巩固有其内在的底层逻辑,除了经济社会基础以外,“统分结合”的治理是重要条件。

As a long-lasting political unity,China has experienced a long historical test and accumulated rich experience.Only by constructing a conceptual system with top-level concepts as the guide can China's experience be promoted to the universal level.From the dimensions of problems,issues and values,political unity is the top-level concept of state structure knowledge system.As long as there is a country,there is a problem of the relationship between the whole country and its parts.However,different state entities have different ways to solve this universal problem and have formed the form of political unity and the middle-level concept.As the only country in the world that has maintained political unity for a long time,China's acquisition and consolidation of political unity has an inherent bottom logic.Besides the economic and social foundation,the governance with the combination of“unification and separation”is an important condition.
