摘要
文章研究嗜酸乳杆菌LA-06、动物双歧杆菌乳亚种XLTG11、干酪乳酪杆菌Glory LC18和鼠李糖乳酪杆菌Glory LG12按照40∶20∶20∶9的比例,以低聚果糖、麦芽糊精为基质,复配制得复合益生菌粉改善小鼠免疫抑制效果。通过注射环磷酰胺造模,用3种梯度(1×10~6、1×10~7、1×10~(8 )CFU/只)进行免疫抑制研究,测定体重、免疫器官指数、细胞免疫、体液免疫、非特异性免疫。结果表明,与模型组相比,复合益生菌组小鼠的体质量增加量、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、足跖厚度、抗体积数、NK细胞活性、吞噬指数分别增加62%、65%、13%、30%、26%、40%、25%。结果表明,复合益生菌对小鼠的免疫功能有一定促进作用。
A The paper was conducted on Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-06,Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.Lactis XLTG11,Lactobacillus casei Glory LC18,and Lactobacillus rhamnosus Glory LG12 in a ratio of 40:20:20:9,using oligofructose and maltodextrin as the matrix,to prepare a composite probiotic powder to improve the immunosuppressive effect in mice.Immunosuppression was studied by injection of cyclophosphamide for modeling with three gradients(1×106,1×107,1×108 CFU/pc),and body weight,immune organ index,cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and nonspecific immunity were measured.The results showed that body weight gain,thymus index,spleen index,foot-plantar thickness,antibody accumulation,NK cell activity,and phagocytosis index of mice in the compound probiotic group were increased by 62%,65%,13%,30%,26%,40%,and 25%,respectively,compared with the model group.It was inferred that the probiotic complex had a promotive effect on the immune function of mice.
