摘要 文章聚焦于多功能汽车电器实验台架的设计与开发工作。鉴于现有的汽车电器实验台架存在功能单一、扩展性欠佳等缺陷,研究提出了一套具备多功能、模块化以及高度集成特性的创新设计方案。此方案聚焦于多功能汽车电器实验台架的设计与开发工作,整合了先进的控制技术,构建了灵活的硬件架构,并配置了可定制的软件系统,从而得以全方位检测和模拟汽车电器系统。在设计与开发进程中,着重对汽车电器在各类过载状况下的响应及保护机制进行模拟,凭借精心打造的台架结构与控制系统,能够精准模拟汽车电器的过载状态,并予以实时监测。文章不仅对实验台架的功能特点进行了详述,还清晰阐述了其使用方法和应用场景。这一实验台架的成功研发,对于提高汽车电器系统的研发效率、削减研发成本以及优化产品质量,均发挥着至关重要的作用,为相关领域提供了宝贵的借鉴经验。 This paper focuses on the design and development of multi-functional vehicle electrical test bench.In view of the defects of single function and poor expansibility of the existing automotive electrical test bench,an innovative design scheme with multi-function,modularity and high integration is proposed.This scheme focuses on the design and development of multi-functional automotive electrical test bench,integrates advanced control technology,builds flexible hardware architecture,and configs customizable software system,so as to detect and simulate automotive electrical system in an all-round way.In the process of design and development,it focuses on the simulation of the response and protection mechanism of automotive electrical appliances under various overload conditions.With the carefully built platform structure and control system,the overload state of automotive electrical appliances can be accurately simulated and monitored in real time.In this paper,not only the function characteristics of the experimental bench are detailed,but also the use method and application scenario are clearly described.The successful research and development of this experimental bench plays a vital role in enhancing the research and development efficiency of automotive electrical systems,reducing research and development costs and optimizing product quality,and provides valuable reference experience for related fields.
