嵌入性理论视角下学生参与高校治理的困境与优化策略

摘要 在高等教育普及化背景下,学生参与高校治理是高等教育走向全面治理的关键环节。学生参与治理的效果是政治、文化、方式以及学生自身等因素共同作用的结果。基于嵌入性理论分析发现,我国学生参与治理进程中存在政治嵌入移位、文化嵌入缺位、方式嵌入错位和主体自觉嵌入失位等现实困境。为了保证学生参与治理有效,需要在宏观层面完善国家法律政策法律法规,塑造共同治理的制度环境与文化场域;在中观层面推动高校树立共同治理理念,构建多元主体治理体系;在微观层面推动学生增强参与自觉,提高科学参与治理能力。 In the context of the universalization of higher education,student participation in university governance is a key link in the move towards comprehensive governance of higher education.The effect of students'participation in governance is the result of the joint action of polition,culture,mode and student-related factors.Based on the Embeddedness theory,it is found that there are real dilemmas,including political embedding displacement,cultural embedding absence,mode embedding misplacement and subject self-awareness embedding dislocation in the process of student participation in governance in China.In order to ensure the effectiveness of students'participation in governance,it is necessary to improve the national laws and regulations,and shape the institutional environment and cultural field of common governance at the macro level.Meanwhile,the concept of common governance in colleges and universities should be promoted to build a multi-subjects governance system at the middle level.Besides,the students are needed to enhance their self-consciousness of participation,and to improve their ability to participate in governance in a scientific way at the micro level.
