静态安全约束下并网风电场最大注入功率计算

摘要 由于风力发电具有随机波动性和间歇性,随着并网风电场装机容量的增加,将会影响系统的安全稳定运行,所以计算并网风电场最大功率是电网运行和规划的重要内容。文中首先采用联合迭代的方法对含风电场的电力系统进行潮流计算,然后在电力系统静态安全稳定和电能质量约束前提下,给出并网风电场的最大功率的数学模型。采用改进的遗传算法求解该问题,求解过程中考虑了风电场的随机波动性和风机的尾流效应。最后采用云南地区电网作为算例进行验证和分析。计算结果表明了该方法的可行性和准确性。 Because the wind power is random,fluctuating and intermittent.the increasing capacity of wind power will influence the safe and stable operation of the grid.Therefore,it is important to calculate the maximum wind energy for the operation and planning of power grid.Firstly,in this paper,a combined iteration method is used to power flow calculation for power systems which contain wind farms.For another,with the constraint of the static security and stability of power system and power quality,the paper gives the mathematical model of the maximum power grid wind farms.A improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,which takes stochastic volatility of wind and the wake effect of wind turbine into consideration.Finally yunnan power grid is used as an example to verify and analyze.The calculation results show this method is feasible and accurate.
