35kV线路下交叉跨越10kV线路弧光放电分析

摘要 随着配电网线路数量的不断增多,高空线路交叉跨越布局不可避免,同时由于停电、供电流程复杂,通常采用不停电施工。该文研究35kV线路下交叉跨越10kV线路,35kV线路不停电,10kV线路施工作业时A、C相接近35kV线路发生一次弧光放电。在工频电压和操作过电压两种情况下建模仿真,得出流过人体的电流超过规范要求的安全电流,可能导致触电损伤或死亡。 With the increasing number of distribution network lines,the layout of high-altitude line crossing is inevitable,due to power outages and complex power supply processes,we adopt uninterrupted construction usually.This paper studied an arc discharge when construction operation of phases A and C of 10kV line are close to the 35kV line,meanwhile,the cross crossing of a 10kV line under a 35kV line,with no power outage on the 35kV line.Modeling and simulation are conducted under the power frequency voltage and switching overvoltage,it is found that the current flowing through the human body exceeds the safety current required by regulations,which may lead to electric shock damage or death.
