Research progress of self-management in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome

本文从阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者的自我管理行为现状、测评工具、影响因素及促进方法等方面进行综述,以期为进一步开展OSAHS自我管理研究和临床实践提供一定的参考依据。

This article reviews the current status,assessment tools,influencing factors and promotion methods of self-management behavior in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),in order to provide reference for further research and clinical practice on self-management of OSAHS.
