沈阳市小学生非酒精性脂肪肝流行病学与生活习惯调查

Investigation on the epidemiology and living habits of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease among primary school students in Shenyang city

目的:调查沈阳市小学生非酒精性脂肪肝的患病率及相关影响因素,并分析生活习惯及家庭因素与脂肪肝患病的相关性。方法:选取2019年11月至12月在沈阳市进行健康体检的小学生,根据FibroScan结果将纳入人群分为脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,比较年龄、性别、身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰臀比对脂肪肝的影响,并选取纳入人群中的一部分进行问卷调查,探讨生活习惯对脂肪肝患病的影响。结果:沈阳市小学生非酒精性脂肪肝的总患病率为22.73%,男生的患病率明显高于女生,且超重的学生相比于非超重的学生患脂肪肝的比例明显增高。饮食因素和家庭因素均与小学生脂肪肝患病有关。结论:沈阳市小学生非酒精性脂肪肝十分流行,与肥胖因素密切相关,生活习惯及家庭因素对小学生NAFLD患病有一定的影响。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and related influencing factors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease among primary school students in Shenyang city,and to analyze the correlation of living habits and family factors with fatty liver disease.Methods:We selected pupils in Shenyang for physical examination from November 2019 to December.They will be divided into fatty liver and fatty liver group according to the FibroScan results.We compared age,gender,height,weight,body quality index(BMI),waist,hip circumference,waist to hip ratio on the influence of fatty liver,and selected a part of population to perform questionnaire survey,and discussed the influence of habits on fatty liver disease.Results:The total prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver among primary school students in Shenyang was 22.73%,significantly higher among boys than among girls,and the proportion of overweight students was significantly higher compared with non-overweight students.Dietary factors and family factors are related to fatty liver disease in primary school students.Conclusion:Non-alcoholic fatty liver is very popular in primary school students in Shenyang,which is closely related to obesity factors.Living habits and family factors have a certain impact on NAFLD in primary school students.
