非糖尿病正常体重的成年人群血清尿酸/肌酐比值与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的相关性研究

Association between serum uric acid-to-creatinine ratio and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease:a cross-sectional study in a nondiabetic,normal-weight adult population

目的:在非糖尿病、正常体重的成年人群中探讨血清尿酸/肌酐比值(SUA/Scr)与非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的相关性。方法:回顾性选取2022年1—12月在北京市爱康国宾体检中心进行体检的受检者,共47401名,采用Logistic回归模型检验SUA/Scr与NAFLD风险之间的关系,绘制ROC曲线,确定切点值。结果:NAFLD的总体患病率为8.4%。二元logistic回归显示,SUA/Scr每升高1个单位,NAFLD的风险增加44%,OR值为1.44(95%CI 1.38~1.49);ROC曲线显示,SUA/Scr预测NAFLD的AUC(95%CI)为0.6532(0.6443~0.6620),切点值为4.56。结论:SUA/Scr与NAFLD的发生风险相关,在非糖尿病、正常体重的成年人群中可以早期预测NAFLD的发生风险。

Objective:To explore the association between serum uric acid/creatinine ratio(SUA/Scr)and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in a non-diabetic,normal-weight adult population.Methods:47401 subjects who underwent physical examination at the Beijing ikang Guobin Physical Examination Center from January to December 2022 were retrospectively selected.Logistic regression models were used to test the relationship between SUA/Scr and the risk of NAFLD,ROC curves were plotted,and cut-off values were determined.Results:Overall prevalence of NAFLD was 8.4%.Logistic regression showed that the risk of NAFLD increased by 44%for each 1-unit increase in SUA/Scr,with an OR of 1.44(95%CI 1.38-1.49);the ROC curve showed an AUC(95%CI)of 0.6532(0.6443-0.6620)for SUA/Scr to predict NAFLD,with a cut-off value of 4.56.Conclusion:The SUA/Scr ratio is associated with the risk of developing NAFLD and can be an early predictor of NAFLD in a nondiabetic,normal-weight adult population.
