摘要
中国与“一带一路”合作伙伴之间农产品贸易联系紧密,甘肃省作为中国农业大省其出口具有一定代表性。文章以甘肃省为例,基于2007—2022年“一带一路”沿线48个合作伙伴国家的数据,并结合物流绩效综合指数及海关绩效、基础设施等6个分项指标,采用贸易引力模型对甘肃省农产品出口数据与国际物流绩效进行实证分析,物流绩效各分项指标均对甘肃省出口产生正向促进影响,即提升国际物流绩效可以有效促进甘肃省农产品出口。提出优化运输路径、简化清关程序、建设完善物流体系、提升基础设施水平的建议。该研究对促进甘肃省农产品出口与发展国际物流具有一定的借鉴意义,同时也为其他地区提供了有益的参考和启示。
China and"the Belt and Road"partners have close trade links in agricultural products,and Gansu Province,as a large agricultural province in China,has a certain representative export.Taking Gansu Province as an example,based on the data of 48 partner countries along the"Belt and Road"from 2007 to 2022,and combined with six sub-indexes such as the comprehensive index of logistics performance,customs performance and infrastruc-ture,this paper uses the trade gravity model to empirically analyze the export data of agricultural products in Gansu Province and the international logistics performance.Each sub-index of logistics performance has a positive impact on the export of Gansu Province,that is,improving international logistics performance can effectively promote the export of agricultural products in Gansu Province.Suggestions were put forward to optimize transportation routes,simplify customs clearance procedures,build and improve the logistics system,and improve the level of infrastruc-ture.This study has certain reference significance for promoting the export of agricultural products and developing international logistics in Gansu Province,and also provides useful reference and enlightenment for other regions.
