摘要
钢箱梁节段整体拼装是钢桥制造过程中一项极为复杂且系统的工序,其中所涉及的工艺要点较多。为提升国内钢结构桥梁制造业的整体智能制造水平,以深中通道钢箱梁节段拼装为工程背景,对钢箱梁拼装技术进行研究,通过对钢箱梁节段总拼装智能化焊接技术、无马组装技术等方面的分析研究,从而实现钢箱梁制造技术进步。从深中通道钢箱梁架设的完成效果来看,所提出的钢箱梁拼装技术科学、合理,可为今后类似桥梁的制造提供参考。
The overall assembly of steel box girder segments is an extremely complex and systematic process in the manufacturing of steel bridges,which involves many key technical points.To enhance the whole level of intelligent manufacturing in the domestic steel bridge manufacturing industry,based on the assembly of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link,the assembly techniques for steel box girders are researched.Through the analysis of the intelligent welding techniques and uncensored assembly techniques for steel box girders,the progress of manufacturing techniques for steel box girders is achieved.Judging from the effects of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link erection,the intelligent assembly techniques for steel box girders expounded in this paper are scientific and effective,which provide important reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
