窄间隙焊接工艺研究及在缸筒上的应用

摘要 主要介绍窄间隙MAG焊接系统在解决厚壁管件窄坡口焊接难题上的突破,它不仅可以将坡口宽度控制在12mm以内,节省焊接材料,控制焊接质量,还可以优化焊缝晶粒组织,使焊缝金属的强度得到改善,焊缝成形美观,提高焊缝品质。 This article mainly introduces the breakthrough of narrow gap MAG welding system in solving the problem of groove welding of thick walled pipe fittings,It can control the groove width within 12mm,save welding materials,and control welding quality.At the same time,it can optimize the grain structure of the weld seam,improve the strength of the weld metal make the seam beautiful,and improve the quality of the quality of the weld seam.
