摘要
职业教育的目标是培养高素质技术技能人才。教师是高职院校“德技并修、工学结合”育人机制的实施主体。教师队伍建设的重要责任,是在构建系统化的育人机制、健全基于教师全生涯育人的育人能力提升机制、构建基于德技融合的教师课程思政育人能力提升机制、建立校企协同育人激发机制等方面系统构建教师育人能力校本培养机制,加强能力培养,提升育人能力。
The goal of vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Teachers are the main role in implementing the education mechanism of“integration of moral and technical education,and integration of work and learning”in higher vocational colleges.The systematic construction of a school-based cultivating mechanism for teachers’educational ability,strengthening ability cultivation,and enhancing teachers’educational ability are important responsibilities for the construction of the teaching staff.
