职业教育助推乡村振兴:内在机理、现实困境与发展路径

Vocational Education Boosts Rural Revitalization:Internal Mechanism,Realistic Dilemma and Development Path

职业教育是共同富裕背景下乡村开发现代化产业和人力资源的关键基石,为助力乡村振兴提供智力赋能、人才支援和技术保障,是实施乡村振兴战略的重要因素。新时代,职业教育迫切需要在重塑乡村人力资源体系、保障乡村产业生态创新、赋能乡村文化传承机制、完善乡村共同富裕框架等内在机理层面进行完善和突破。针对乡村职业教育面临定位及专业偏差、人才流失、投入资源有限、多元化与产业空洞化矛盾等问题,通过调整职业教育的培养定位与专业结构、构建乡村青年人才扶持行动框架、建立职业教育支持性生态产业系统、助力建设技能型共富乡村社区试点,形成整体性治理和助推路径。

Vocational education is the key cornerstone of rural development of modern industry and human resources under the background of common prosperity,and provides intellectual empowerment,talent support and technical support for rural revitalization.Vocational education is an important factor in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In the new era,vocational education urgently needs to improve and break through the internal mechanism of reshaping the rural human resource system,guaranteeing the rural industrial ecological innovation,enabling the rural cultural inheritance mechanism,and improving the rural common prosperity framework.At present,rural vocational education is facing the contradiction of positioning and professional deviation,brain drain,limited investment resources,diversification and industrial hollowing out.By adjusting the training orientation and professional structure of vocational education,we can build an action framework for supporting rural young talents,establish a vocational education supporting ecological industry system,help build a pilot project of skill-based co-rich rural communities,and form a holistic approach to governance and facilitation.
