20世纪二三十年代,我国近代职业教育事业的主要创始人黄炎培提出了包括职业道德教育思想在内的职业教育思想。新时代,黄炎培职业道德教育思想对培养高职生的职业精神,尤其对培养卫生健康类高职生的职业精神仍然发挥着重要作用。其对卫生健康类高职生职业精神培养启示表现在:佑健康,以国家至上为主基调进行爱国主义教育;强仁术,以课堂教学为主渠道进行职业素养教育;塑仁心,以校园文化为主阵地进行健全人格教育;讲奉献,以社会实践为主战场进行劳动精神教育。

In the 1920s and 1930s,Huang Yanpei,a key founder of modern vocational education in China,proposed vocational education ideas that included the concept of professional ethics education.In the new era,Huang Yanpei’s professional ethics education ideas play a significant role in cultivating the professional spirit of higher vocational students,particularly in the field of health and wellness.The insights from his professional ethics education for health and wellness vocational students include:prioritizing national supremacy in patriotic education to promote health;focusing on classroom instruction as the main channel for professional quality education;utilizing campus culture as the primary venue for sound personality education;and emphasizing dedication through social practice as the main battlefield for labor spirit education.
