黄河流域农业碳排放效率与农业高质量发展的互动关系

Interactive Relationship of Agricultural Carbon Emission Efficiency and High⁃Quality Agricultural Development of the Yellow River Basin

摘要 为推进农业绿色低碳和高质量发展,利用超效率SBM模型和熵值法,测算了黄河流域农业碳排放效率和农业高质量发展水平,并采用VAR模型探讨了二者的互动关系。结果表明:1)黄河流域农业碳排放效率整体呈上升趋势,甘肃、山西两省,四川、山东、河南、陕西、青海五省,宁夏、内蒙古两自治区分别处于较低、中等、较高水平;2)农业高质量发展水平整体呈波动上升趋势,陕西、山西、宁夏、内蒙古四省(区),青海、甘肃两省,河南、四川、山东三省分别处于较低、中等、较高水平;3)农业碳排放效率提升促进了农业高质量发展,而农业高质量发展对农业碳排放效率影响不显著。基于研究结果,从绿色、可持续发展等方面,提出了提升黄河流域农业碳排放效率和推动农业高质量发展的建议。 In order to promote the green,low⁃carbon and high⁃quality development of agriculture,this paper adopted the super⁃efficiency SBM model and the entropy method to measure the agricultural carbon emission efficiency and the high⁃quality development level of agricul⁃ture in the Yellow River Basin,and discussed the interaction between the two by using VAR model.The results show that a)the agricultural carbon emission efficiency in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise as a whole.The agricultural carbon emission efficiency of Gansu and Shanxi,Sichuan,Shandong,Henan,Shaanxi and Qinghai,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia is at a lower,medium and higher level respectively.b)The overall level of high⁃quality agricultural development shows a fluctuating upward trend.Shaanxi,Shanxi,Ningxia and Inner Mongo⁃lia,Qinghai and Gansu,Henan,Sichuan and Shandong are at a lower,medium and higher level respectively.c)The improvement of agri⁃cultural carbon emission efficiency has a significant effect on the promotion of high⁃quality agricultural development,while the improvement of high⁃quality agricultural development has no significant effect on agricultural carbon emission efficiency.Based on the research results,some suggestions were put forward to improve the efficiency of agricultural carbon emissions and promote the high⁃quality development of agriculture in the Yellow River Basin from the aspects of green and sustainable development.
