Internet information has the characteristics of magnanimity,openness,strong timeliness and multimedia communication.This paper comprehensively analyzes the dilemma of ideological and political education of college students in the Internet era,and explores new methods and new ways of ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the Internet background,which include making good use of network culture to guide students to carry out self-education,strengthening the supervision of online culture and control the initiative of cultural construction and strengthening online ideological and political legal education and build a platform for online ideological and political education.
