摘要
《联合国电子政务调查报告》是评估各会员国的电子政务发展情况的重要依据,2022年报告的主题是“数字政府的未来”。该报告指出全球电子政务发展具有数字化转型加速、在线服务水平显著提升、地方电子政务持续增强、互动参与积极性不断提高、更加重视多元化合作、政策包容性逐步完善等特征。我国数字政府建设应从统筹协调、干部队伍、创新与合作机制、公共数据开放利用、数据安全与隐私保护、数字包容性等方面综合发力,不断提升数字政府建设水平。
The United Nations E-Government Survey serves as a crucial benchmark for assessing the e-government development of Member States,with the theme of"The Future of Digital Government"for the 2022 report.The report highlights several key features of global e-government development,including accelerated digital transformation,notably improved online service delivery,sustained enhancement of local e-government,rising enthusiasm for interactive participation,greater emphasis on diversified cooperation,and progressive improvement in policy inclusiveness.China's digital government construction should strive comprehensively in areas such as overall planning and coordination,cadre development,innovation and cooperation mechanisms,open utilization of public data,data security and privacy protection,and digital inclusiveness,continuously elevating the level of digital government development.
