Research on the Typical Paradigm of Digitalization Transformation in Manufacturing Driven by Digital Economy

随着数字经济的快速发展,制造业企业业态正在发生巨大变化。特别是以传统的仓储、制造、研发、定制、销售为代表的制造业企业价值创造活动已经演进为智能仓储、智能工厂、协同研发、大规模个性化定制、电商直播等新阶段。面对数字经济产业基础能力较弱、制造业“大而不强”、数字化转型存在壁垒等现状,亟须以新型基础设施建设为契机,加强顶层规划,增强数字技术供给能力;深入实施制造强国战略,积极推进数字技术与制造业深度融合,培育融合发展新模式,实现数字经济时代制造业企业的高质量发展。

Business forms in manufacturing industry are changing dramatically driven by digital economy.Especially in terms of value-added activities like traditional logistics,fabrication plant,self-contained research and development,mass customization,e-commerce sale,have evolved towards digitalization and intelligence,and into a new stage of smart logistics,intelligent plant,collaborative research and development,mass personalization,e-commerce livestreaming separately.Focusing on the current situations like bottleneck issues in industries of digital economy,“big but not strong”issues in manufacturing industry,and raising barriers in digital and intelligent transformation,there is an urgent need to accelerate the construction of new infrastructure and enhance the“Top Design”in order to promote the supply ability of digital technologies,implement strategies to transform China into a leading manufacturing power deeply in order to achieve the high-quality development of manufacturing industry,promote the in-depth integration of digital technologies and manufacturing industry in order to nurture new modes of development,and realize the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises in the digital economy era.
