制造业是国民经济命脉所系,也是推动生产力进步和社会发展的关键力量。作为引领制造业实现第四次生产力飞跃的重要组成部分,智能制造在进一步解放生产力的同时,重新定义了人工智能和机器在生产中的地位及其与劳动者的关系。当前,我国制造业基础稳固,技术创新能力不断增强,要素资源供给较为充分,智能制造总体面临较好的发展环境。智能制造在概念和技术上的先进性,使得智能制造在支撑引领制造业发展的同时,需要承担起实现人机关系和谐、发展绿色、生产集约高效的重任。

Manufacturing is the life line of the national economy as well as the most important force driving productivity progress and social development.Intelligent manufacturing as an important component of the fourth productivity leap in the manufacturing industry not only further liberates productivity,but also redefines the position of artificial intelligence and machines in production and their relationship with workers.China's manufacturing industry has a solid development foundation.Technological innovation capabilities are being continuously enhanced.Production factors and resources are relatively sufficient.Overall,intelligent manufacturing is in a favorable development environment in China.The progressiveness of intelligent manufacturing in concept and technique determines that while supporting and leading the development of manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing needs to shoulder the responsibility of helping achieve harmonious human-computer relationship,green development,and precision manufacturing.
