采掘工作面定向长钻孔卸压效果数值模拟研究

摘要 钻孔卸压技术是一种通过改变围岩应力状态和控制巷道变形的安全高效卸压手段。本文以亭南煤矿402采掘工作面为例,在原有卸压钻孔的布设方案基础上,提出采用定向长钻孔的卸压防冲布置方案。通过FLAC3D软件建立数值模型,从垂直应力及塑性区角度对比3种方案的卸压效果。分析认为,普通定向长钻孔卸压与原有卸压方案的卸压效果大致相同,而在高应力集中区范围内加密补打定向长钻孔可以得到更好的卸压效果,为采掘工作面的防冲卸压提供了有效措施。 Pressure relief borehole technology is a safe and efficient means of pressure relief by changing the stress state of surrounding rock and controlling the deformation of the roadway.No.402 mining face of Tingnan Mine was taken as an example,on the basis of the original decompression borehole scheme,the decompression and anti-punching arrangement scheme of directional long borehole was proposed.The numerical model was established by FLAC3D software,and the pressure relief effects of the three schemes were compared from the perspectives of vertical stress and plastic zone.The analysis showed that the pressure relief effect of ordinary directional long borehole was almost the same as that of the original pressure relief scheme,and the additional directional long borehole in the high stress concentration area could get better pressure relief effect,which provided an effective measure for pressure relief of anti-scour in mining face.
