综采工作面静态膨胀预裂切顶卸压效果分析

摘要 为探究静态膨胀预裂切顶卸压在综采工作面初采初放中的应用效果,以三元煤业4308综采工作面为背景,在确定工作面静态膨胀预裂切顶卸压技术方案的基础上,利用FLAC 3D软件建立数值计算模型,分析了工作面初采悬顶长度随静态膨胀预裂切顶长度的变化规律。研究结果表明,无预裂以及静态膨胀预裂长度分别为7.5 m、15 m、25 m时,4308综采工作面的初采悬顶长度分别为40 m、32 m、27 m、26 m,静态膨胀预裂切顶卸压技术可以有效控制工作面初采悬顶长度;工作面初采悬顶长度随静态膨胀预裂切顶长度的增大先减小后不变,综合考虑经济成本,确定最佳静态膨胀预裂切顶长度为15 m。静态膨胀预裂切顶卸压技术具有放顶效果好、安全性高、施工简单等优点,能够满足安全生产的要求,可适用于矿井工作面顶板的初采初放。 In order to study the application effect of static expansion roof cutting and pressure releasing on fully mechanized mining face,and on the basis of determining the technical scheme of static expansion roof cutting and pressure relief of the working face,a numerical calculation model of static expansion roof cutting and pressure relief on the fully mechanized 4308 mining face of Sanyuan Coal Mine was established using FLAC 3D software.The variation law of the length of initial mining hanging roof with the length of static expansion roof cutting is analyzed,and the technical scheme of pressure relief of static expansion roof cutting was determined.The results show that when the length of pre-fracturing is 0,7.5 m,15 m and 25 m,the length of hanging roof is 40 m,32 m,27 m and 26 m,respectively.The static expansion roof cutting and pressure relief technology can effectively control the hanging roof length.With the increase of the length of static expansion roof cutting and pressure relief,the hanging roof length first decreases and then remains unchanged.Considering the economic cost,the optimal length of static expansion roof cutting is 15 m with good results.
