摘要
工作面采前防治水安全评价是落实煤矿防治水效果评价要求的重要内容,其评价结论是支撑工作面是否具备安全开采条件的理论依据,对保障工作面安全开采具有重要的理论和现实意义。为进一步健全工作面采前防治水安全评价体系,凸显其保障工作面安全回采的重要的理论支撑和指导作用,以黄陵一号煤矿814工作面为研究对象,结合矿井水文地质条件,客观分析了顶板直罗组下段砂岩裂隙水是影响工作面回采安全的主要水害因素。按照物探先行、钻探验证的治灾思路,有针对性地提出井下物探与钻探相结合的治理设计方案,采用“动、静态水结合法”工作面回采阶段涌水量情况进行了分析预测,为进一步完善工作面排水系统提供了参考依据。对已施工的井下物探探查、钻孔疏放水、排水系统建设等防治水工作进行效果评价,在做好工作面回采过程中采空区涌水量动态监测监控,工作面排水系统正常有效运行,准备好水害应急预案措施的前提下,工作面具备开采的水文地质条件。结合实际开采情况,工作面回采期间基本无水,有力支撑了工作面采前防治水工作效果评价的可行性和有效性,以此为煤矿单位及其他生产建设单位水害治理效果评价提供参考和借鉴。
In order to further improve the pre-mining water safety evaluation system of the working face and highlight its important theoretical support and guiding role in ensuring the safe mining of the working face,the 814 working face of Huangling No.1 coal mine is taken as the research object.Firstly,based on the hydrogeological conditions of the mine,the objective analysis of the sandstone fissure water in the lower section of the Zhiluo Formation of the roof is conducted,which is the main water hazard factor affecting the safety of the mining of the working face.Secondly,according to the disaster control concept of geophysical exploration and drilling verification,a targeted treatment design scheme combining underground geophysical exploration and drilling was proposed,and the water inflow during the mining stage of the working face was analyzed and predicted using the“dynamic and static water structure method”,providing a reference basis for further improving the drainage system of the working face.Finally,an evaluation was conducted on the effectiveness of water prevention and control measures such as underground geophysical exploration,drilling drainage,and drainage system construction that have already been carried out.Under the premise of dynamic monitoring and control of water inflow in the goaf during the mining process,the normal and effective operation of the drainage system on the working face,and preparation of emergency plans for water hazards,the working face has the hydrogeological conditions for mining.Based on the actual mining situation,there is basically no water during the mining period of the working face,which strongly supports the feasibility and effectiveness of the pre mining water prevention and control evaluation of the working face.Our study provides reference for the evaluation of water hazard control effects in coal mines and other production and construction enterprises.
