摘要
为有效保护钻装机组、提高出碴效率、合理提高循环进尺,在充分调研现有爆破技术的基础上,提出了以“中空孔直眼掏槽”为基础的爆破试验方案。通过爆炸成形中空孔双七眼掏槽爆破试验、下台阶双掏槽区直眼掏槽爆破试验、下台阶单掏槽区3步起爆爆破试验以及3步起爆法优化等确定了桑树坪煤矿岩巷掘进最优爆破参数,实现了爆破飞石距离小于15 m、大块率低、爆堆集中的目标,对移动受限的钻装一体设备、拱顶锚网支护具有明显的保护作用,每月掘进进尺能提高20~30 m。该试验方案有效解决了岩巷掘进效率低和爆破飞石抛掷远的问题,为煤矿岩巷快速掘进综合技术的应用提供了参考。
In order to effectively protect the drilling unit,improve the efficiency of slag removal,and reasonably increase the circulating footage,on the basis of thorough investigation of existing blasting techniques,a blasting test plan based on“hollow hole straight hole cutting”was proposed.Through explosion-forming hollow hole double seven hole cutting blasting test,and direct cut blasting test in the lower stage double cut area,the optimal blasting parameters for rock roadway excavation in Sangshuping Coal Mine were determined by experiments such as the three-step initiation blasting test in the lower stage single cut area and the optimization of the three-step initiation method,to realize the goal of blasting flying stones being less than 15 m and increasing the monthly excavation footage by 20~30 m.The scheme has effectively solve the issues of low efficiency of rock roadway tunneling and the long-throwing distance of blasting flying rocks,thus providing reference for application of the fast tunneling comprehensive technology in mine rock roadway.
