银河煤矿柔性架间隔控防尘技术实践

摘要 银河煤矿现采煤层均设计为大采高综采工作面,回采移架期间架间漏细小煤矸比较严重,易造成粉尘扩散。为达到有效控尘的目的,研制了一种安设在两液压支架之间的柔性架间漏煤矸隔控装置。该装置主体选用高强度柔性阻燃抗静电织物芯橡胶加不锈钢夹板制造,具备高度形变适应性、滑动性及耐磨性。该装置可对架间漏矸缝隙进行包裹,能够将架间漏煤矸引导到采空区侧,有效抑制架间漏煤矸的滑动转移,避免因移架导致的架踏板及管缆线浮尘堆积,减轻了人工清扫的劳动强度,可在类似大采高回采工作面推广使用。 Due to high mining height,there is a serious leakage of small coal gangue between the supports during the process of moving,resulting in high dust concentration.To solve the above problems,a flexible control device for leakage coal gangue between hydraulic supports has been developed.The main part of the device is manufactured by a specially selected stainless steel plus high-strength flexible,flame retardant,and anti-static textile-cored rubber,which is highly adaptable for deformation with good sliding and anti-friction property.The device is installed between two hydraulic supports,covering the gap between the side guard plates,guiding the inter-support coal gangue to the goaf side,avoiding dust accumulation during the coal gangue leakage process,and greatly reducing the workload of floating coal cleaning on the foot pedal.It is of a wide application in similar coal mines with large mining height working face.
