摘要
针对黑龙煤业12采区回风上山岩性强度低,易发生变形破坏,导致原有支护方式失效的问题,基于理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验等方法对巷道支护方案进行优化设计研究,确定优化后锚杆直径为∅22 mm,间排距为800 mm×800 mm,锚索直径及长度为∅18.9 mm×7300 mm,间排距为1600 mm×2000 mm,在巷道变形破坏严重区域使用注浆锚索,在围岩变形上,优化支护方案较原支护方案在顶底板移近量和两帮变形量控制效果上分别提高约71.52%和78.76%,优化方案提高了支护区域的稳定性,有效保证工作面的安全高效生产。
Aiming at the problems of low lithology strength of return-air upper soft rock,easy deformation and failure,and failure of original support mode in the 12 mining area of Heilong Coal Industry,the optimization design of roadway support scheme was studied based on theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test methods,and the optimized bolt diameter was determined to be∅22 mm,and the spacing between rows was 800 mm×800 mm.The diameter and length of the anchor cable are∅18.9 mm×7300 mm,and the spacing between rows is 1600 mm×2000 mm.The grouting anchor cable is used in the area with the serious deformation and damage of roadway.In terms of surrounding rock deformation,the optimized support scheme is about 71.52%and 78.76%higher than the original support scheme in terms of roof and floor displacement and deformation control effect of two sides,respectively.The optimization scheme improves the stability of the supporting area and effectively ensures the safe and efficient production of the working surface.
