受构造应力扰动影响的大断面巷道围岩控制技术

摘要 为解决9105工作面巷道存在变形严重的问题,基于其受构造应力影响的工程概况,通过应用数值模拟分析法并结合现场监测,分析了该大断面巷道存在的主要变形特征,并重点研究了围岩控制措施,提出了可采用“高强度螺纹钢锚杆与预应力锚索相配合+金属网与工字钢棚相配合”的联合支护策略。经应用监测发现,通过综合应用该联合支护技术后,该大断面巷道的顶底板以及两帮移近量分别降低了48.1%与55.4%,巷道围岩变形量明显减小,取得了较好的应用效果,更好地保障了矿井安全生产,该研究可为类似工况下大断面巷道围岩的控制提供参考。 In order to solve the serious deformation of 9105 working face roadway,and considering its structural stress-affected engineering conditions,the major deformation characteristics of the large-section roadway is analyzed by numerical simulation and in-site monitor.The control measure of the surrounding rock is studied,and a joint support strategy is put forward combining fitting of high-strength rebar anchor and prestress anchor cable+fitting of metal net and U-shaped shed.The application and monitor show that closeness between roof and floor,and closeness between tow sides,are reduced by 48.1%and 55.4%,respectively,resulting in the decrease of deformation of surrounding rock,achieving a good application effect,and ensuring the safe production of the mine.
