青龙寺煤矿5^(-2)煤层夹矸特征

摘要 煤层夹矸是煤层结构划分的依据,同时也是影响煤质的重要因素,查明煤层夹矸的空间分布、夹矸的特征是实现煤与矸石高效洗选、分离以及相关灾害治理的前提。以青龙寺煤矿5^(-2)煤层为研究对象,采用地质钻探、矿井地质调查、岩石学分析、矿物学分析以及灾害学分析等综合技术手段,查明煤矿内夹矸的岩性以泥岩、高岭石泥岩为主,分布在煤层中部全井田分布等宏观特征;采用岩石薄片、扫描电镜、XRF、全岩组分分析等查明夹矸的矿物成分,边界不规则,粒度0.12~1.8 mm不等,岩屑中含有极细粒炭屑。样品整体致密程度中等,发育中等铁质蚀变。含铁热液浸染状交代原生碎屑呈棕红色,或呈胶结物沉淀粒间、微观结构以及火烧后呈致密的粒状,结晶程度好,黑色不透光。裂隙发育,裂隙均被方解石充填特征。通过矿井地质调查、地质钻探等综合分析了层夹矸的泥化、造浆等作用导致超前探放水钻孔成孔难度大等问题,并提出相应的防治措施。 Coal gangue is the basis of coal seam structure division,but also an important factor for the impact of coal quality.Therefore,to find out the spatial distribution of coal gangue and the characteristics of coal gangue is a premise to realize the efficient washing and separation of coal and gangue and to control related disasters.Taking the 5^(-2) coal of Qinglongsi coal mine as the research object,the comprehensive technical means of geological drilling,mine geological survey,petrological analysis,mineralogical analysis and disaster analysis are adopted to find that the lithology of gangue in coal mine is mainly mudstone and kaolinite mudstone,which is distributed in the middle of coal seam and in the whole mine field.By means of rock slice,scanning electron microscope,XRF and whole rock composition analysis,it is found that the mineral composition of gangue is irregular in boundary,the particle size is 0.12~1.8 mm,and the rock cuttings contain extremely fine carbon debris.The samples were moderately dense and developed moderate iron alteration.The primary detritus is brown-red in color,or microstructure and dense granular after fire,which is black and opaque.The fissures are developed,and the fissures are filled with calcite.Finally,based on the geological survey and geological drilling,we analyze comprehensively the hazards caused by the mud and slurry of coal gangue,and put forward the corresponding prevention measures.
