摘要
陕北矿业有限公司韩家湾煤矿井下半煤岩巷快速掘进过程粉尘浓度较大,已严重影响作业人员身体健康,制约矿井高产高效生产安全。通过分析半煤岩掘进巷道除尘能力水平,发现掘进工作面粉尘颗粒细且多为岩尘,现有的通风除尘设备无法及时排出。通过优化除尘设备,采用长压短抽综合除尘技术,数值模拟分析得出其除尘效率高,能进一步降低粉尘浓度,掘进头粉尘浓度降至5 mg/m 3以下,满足矿井安全生产需求。该技术为矿井掘进工作面质量标准化作业以及施工环境安全提升奠定坚实基础,具有显著的经济与社会效益。
The dust concentration is high during the rapid tunneling process of underground semi-coal rock roadway in the Hanjiawan coal mine,severely affecting the physical health of the workers and hindering the improvement of high productivity and efficiency.Through analyzing the dust removal capability level in semi-coal rock tunneling,we find that the dust particles in the tunneling face are fine and mostly rock dust,and the existing ventilation dust removal equipment cannot remove the dust in time.By optimizing the dust removal equipment and adopting the comprehensive dust removal technology of long-pressurization and short-extraction,numerical simulation analysis shows that the dust removal efficiency is high and can further reduce the dust concentration.The dust concentration at the tunneling face is reduced to below 5 mg/m 3,which is satisfactory for the mine safety requirement.The technology lays a solid foundation for improving the quality of tunneling work and the safety of construction environment in tunneling face,and has significant economic and social benefits.
