猪轮状病毒疫苗研究进展

Research progress of porcine rotavirus vaccine

猪轮状病毒(PoRV)是导致仔猪患病毒性腹泻的主要病原体之一,可对养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。目前,疫苗接种被认为是防治PoRV感染最有效的手段。为了更好地预防和控制PoRV感染,文章总结了目前用于防控PoRV感染的不同类型疫苗,包括灭活疫苗、弱毒疫苗、亚单位疫苗和核酸疫苗,并对其应用研究进展进行了综合评述,通过分析各类疫苗的优缺点以及治疗效果,以期为未来PoRV疫苗的研发提供参考。

Porcine rotavirus(PoRV)is one of the main pathogens that causes toxic diarrhea in piglets,which can cause huge economic losses to pig industry.At present,vaccination is considered to be the most effective means of preventing and controlling PoRV infection.In order to better prevent and control PoRV infection,this paper summarized different types of PoRV vaccines,including inactivated vaccines,attenuated vaccines,subunit vaccines and nucleic acid vaccines,and made a comprehensive review of their application and research progress.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various vaccines and therapeutic effects,it was expected to provide references for the future research and development of PoRV vaccines.
