Zhu Shengliang's Experience in Treating Gastric and Esophageal Reflux Disease with Heartburn from the Stages of“Unblocking,Clearing and Moistening”

本文总结朱生樑教授从“通、清、润”分期论治胃食管反流病烧心经验。朱生樑教授认为胃食管反流病烧心基本病机为胃失和降,胃气上逆。本病初期以肝胃气滞,胃气上逆为主;中期以肝胃郁热,胃失和降为主;后期以胃阴不足为主。治疗上强调分期辨治,初期治之以通,调气机之升降;中期治之以清,平胃腑之寒热;后期治之以润,补阴阳之平秘,且强调脾胃分治,尤重滋养胃阴。

This article summarizes Professor Zhu Shengliang's experience in treating heartburn caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease through three stages:unblocking,clearing and moistening.It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of heartburn in gastroesophageal reflux disease is the failure of stomach in harmonization and downbearing,with ascending counterflow of stomach qi.In the early stage,the pathogeneses of this disease were liver stomach qi stagnation and stomach qi ascending counterflow.In the middle stage,liver and stomach depression with heat.In the later stage,stomach yin deficiency.Unblocking and regulating ascending and descending movement of qi are the treatment methods in the early stage,clearing and eliminating stomach heat in the middle stage,and moistening the stomach and balancing yin and yang in later stage.In the meantime,it is emphasized that treatment of the spleen and stomach should be separated,and stomach moistening is especially important.
