中药调控乳腺癌干细胞干性的机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Chinese Herbal Medicine Regulating Stemness of Breast Cancer Stem Cells

乳腺癌干细胞(BCSCs)被认为是乳腺癌复发和转移的关键因素。BCSCs特性受到相关信号通路、转录因子、非编码RNA、肿瘤微环境等因素影响,会导致乳腺癌不可控的发生和转移。中药凭借多组分、多靶点、整体调节、减毒增效、作用温和等特点在BCSCs的抑制策略中受到关注。中药中含有的黄酮、醌类等活性成分可以针对BCSCs的自我更新、多向分化等特性发挥作用,通过调控表观遗传、肿瘤微环境等途径抑制BCSCs,有助于降低乳腺癌耐药和转移的发生。本文从中药活性成分、单味中药和中药复方三个方面总结了中药抑制BCSCs的经典信号通路和潜在靶点,综述了中药对BCSCs干性的药效影响,旨在为临床中BCSCs的中药靶向治疗提供参考依据。

Breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)are considered to be a key factor in the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.BCSCs are regulated by related signaling pathways,transcription factors,non-coding RNAs,and tumor microenvironment,resulting in uncontrollable occurrence and metastasis of breast cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has attracted attention in the inhibition strategy of BCSCs by virtue of its characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,overall regulation,attenuation and synergistic effect,and mild action.The active ingredients such as flavonoids and quinones contained in Chinese herbal medicine can play a role in the self-renewal and multi-directional differentiation of BCSCs,and inhibit BCSCs by regulating epigenetics and tumor microenvironment,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of drug resistance and metastasis of breast cancer.This article summarizes the classic signaling pathways and potential targets of Chinese herbal medicine in inhibiting BCSCs from three aspects:monomeric compounds,single medicinal,and Chinese herbal medicine formulas.It reviews the pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the dryness of BCSCs,aiming to provide reference for the targeted treatment of BCSCs with Chinese herbal medicine in clinical practice.
