摘要
对于城市核心区地下空间开发中的建筑物移位项目,在设计阶段会重点考虑文物本体及移回时地下室顶板等托换体系设计。武汉保寿桥为市级文物保护单位,采用移出再移回的保护方案,历经6.5m超高顶升、SPMT拖车移出基坑及SPMT拖车移回至地下室顶板等多个移位工况。对保寿桥项目地下空间开发中的特殊托换体系进行研究与应用,包括超宽文物本体托换、超高架空移位托换、地下室顶板托换,主要对托换技术、设计施工要点、实际效果等进行介绍。
For the building displacement project in the development of underground space in the core area of the city,the design of the underpinning system for the cultural relics body and the basement roof when it is moved back will be mainly considered in the design stage.As a municipal cultural relic protection unit,Wuhan Baoshou Bridge adopts the protection scheme of moving out and then moving back.It has gone through multiple displacement conditions,such as 6.5m super-high lifting up,SPMT trailer moving out of the foundation excavation and SPMT trailer moving back to the basement roof.This paper studies and applies the special underpinning system in the development of underground space of Baoshou Bridge project,including super-wide cultural relics body underpinning,super-high overhead displacement underpinning and basement roof underpinning.It mainly introduces the underpinning technology,design and construction points,and actual results.
