工业遗产活态保护与再生利用策略研究

工业建筑遗产活态保护与文化再生价值是如何有机融合的,面对当前再生利用困境,如何形成有效的利用策略。对此,本文结合活态保护,摄取工业遗产中的优秀元素,促进活态保护和文化再生之间的互动共进关系,并深掘实践利用过程中的运行模式、核心要素、再生内容、手段对策,探索要素之间的协同构成。同时,在理论框架指导下,结合地域实际问题及原因,提出当前实现工业建筑遗产活态保护与文化再生互动共进的若干策略和实施路径。

This paper studies how to integrate the living state protection of industrial building heritage with the cultural regeneration value organically,and how to form an effective utilization strategy in the face of the current recycling dilemma.In this regard,this paper combines the living protection,absorbs the excellent elements of industrial heritage,promotes the interaction and relationship between the living protection and cultural regeneration,discusses the operation mode,core elements,regeneration content,means and countermeasures in the process of practical utilization,and explores the synergistic composition between all the above elements.At the same time,under the guidance of the theoretical framework,combined with the actual regional problems and causes,it puts forward several strategies and implementation paths to realize the interaction of living protection of industrial building heritage and cultural regeneration.
