住房城乡建设领域应急处置人才队伍建设对策研究

应急处置人才队伍是应急管理体系的重要组成部分,在应对各类突发事件的过程中,应急处置人才发挥着不可替代的作用。加强应急处置人才队伍建设,提升应急处置人才能力,对于妥善处置生产安全事故,最大限度降低事故给人民群众生命财产带来的损失,具有十分重要的意义。本文聚焦住房城乡建设领域,围绕应急处置的内涵及特点、应急处置人才队伍建设现状、应急处置人才需具备的能力和条件等方面进行分析,提出加强住房城乡建设领域应急处置人才队伍建设的对策。

Emergency response personnel team is an important part of emergency management system,which takes irreplaceable role in the process of dealing with various emergencies.Strengthening the construction of emergency response personnel team and improving the ability of emergency response are of great significance for properly handling production safety accidents and minimizing the loss caused to people's lives and property by accidents.This paper focuses on the field of housing and urban-rural development,analyzes the connotation and characteristics of emergency response,the current situation of emergency response talent team building,the ability and conditions of emergency response personnel,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of emergency response talent team in the field of housing and urban-rural development.
