老旧住宅居家适老化改造方法与实践——以四川省成都市工农院街老旧小区为例

当前我国人口结构老龄化问题日趋严峻,居家养老是我国绝大多数老年人的现实选择。本文以四川省成都市工农院街老旧小区为例,针对老旧住宅室外空间和室内空间存在的问题,提出相应的改造方法,总结适用于我国居家适老化改造的实施构想,以改善老旧住宅居家适老化改造现状,更好地指导相关工作的开展,提高老年人生活质量。

At present,the aging problem of population structure becomes more and more severe,and the home care is a realistic choice for most of the elderly in China.Taking the old residential area of Gongnongyuan Street in Chengdu as example,aiming at the existing problems in the outdoor space and indoor space of the old residential buildings,this paper puts forward the corresponding renovation methods,summarizes the implementation concepts suitable for the aging renovation of the old residential areas in China,so as to improve the current situation of aging renovation of the old residential areas,better guide the development of related works,and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
