摘要
本文以合肥滨湖科学城的璟和院项目为例,从优良的围护结构、高效节能的机电设备、可再生能源的充分应用、智能的能耗检测系统四个方面对项目使用的超低能耗建筑关键技术进行阐述,通过具体的技术措施应用和数据模拟,验证各项使用的关键技术的效能及可实施性,对超低能耗住宅建筑的设计进行有益的探索。
The article takes the Jinghe Institute project of Hefei Binhu Science City as an example,and elaborates on the key technologies of ultra-low energy buildings used in the project from four aspects:excellent enclosure structure,high-efficiency and energy-saving electromechanical equipment,full application of renewable energy,and intelligent energy consumption detection system.Through specific technical measures and data simulation,the efficiency and feasibility of these key technologies are verified,which provides beneficial exploration for the design of ultra-low energy residential buildings.
